Aquitaine is a region with a longstanding commitment to excellence and innovation, both maritime and land-based, and a strong viticultural, sylvicultural and agricultural tradition. Thanks to the characteristics of the region and its economy, Aquitaine is ideally suited to host the EarthLab center for southern Europe.
Located on the premises of Aérocampus Aquitaine in Latresne, the first EarthLab center defines and develops, in partnership with laboratories, SMEs and major industrial firms, next-generation services in operational environmental monitoring and decision-making assistance in fields related to viticulture and vineyards, forestry and coastal areas.
